Joel Stehr, a Washington state native, always loved folk music growing up, especially music that featured an acoustic guitar. About 18 years ago, Joel and his friend decided one day they’d try their hand at making their own guitar. Though they never finished that first guitar, Joel had a transcendent moment standing in front of his garage that pushed him to pursue his guitar making passion further. This is his story.
